These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Sparrow Tech website and enquiries about our digital services. Please read them before using our website or submitting a quotation request.
1. About These Terms
Sparrow Tech is a digital agency based in Karachi, Pakistan.
These terms apply to visitors using our website at https://sparrowtech.pk and individuals or businesses submitting enquiries through it.
They do not replace a separately agreed contract for a commissioned project.
For questions about these terms, contact sparrowtech.pk@gmail.com.
2. Using the Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt website operations, introduce malicious software, misuse submission forms, or infringe the rights of others.
The website’s branding, design and content may not be copied, redistributed or represented as your own without the necessary permission.
3. Our Services
Sparrow Tech provides digital agency services, including:
- Web Design & Development
- SEO & Google Ads
- Graphic Design, VFX & 3D
- Social Media Marketing
- Branding & Creative Design
- AI Solutions & Automation
Service availability, deliverables, pricing and suitability depend on individual project requirements.
Information displayed on our website is intended to describe our services and does not automatically constitute a commitment to undertake any particular project.
4. Quotation Requests and Estimates
Submitting the Get a Free Quote form initiates an enquiry. It does not automatically create a service agreement, confirm an order or reserve project availability.
We may contact you to discuss your requirements, request additional information and prepare a quotation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written offer, initial quotations and estimates are nonbinding.
Final pricing, deliverables and timelines depend on the scope and terms agreed between the parties.
An automated confirmation of your enquiry does not constitute acceptance of a project.
5. Separate Project Agreements
Before commencing commissioned work, Sparrow Tech and the client should agree on relevant project terms in writing.
These may include the scope of work, deliverables, responsibilities, payments, project schedule, revisions, approvals, licensing, maintenance and other commercial arrangements.
Where a separately agreed project contract addresses the commissioned work, that agreement governs the relevant project obligations.
Changes to an agreed project should be documented and approved through the process established for that project.
6. Scope, Schedules and Deliverables
Project schedules and delivery estimates depend on the agreed scope, client cooperation, timely feedback and applicable third-party dependencies.
Specific deliverables, milestones, revisions, testing requirements and acceptance procedures should be documented in the relevant project agreement.
General website descriptions do not guarantee specific completion dates, unlimited revisions or ongoing technical support.
7. Client Materials and Permissions
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and obtaining the necessary permissions to use materials, data, images, trademarks, accounts and other content supplied for their projects.
Clients should not submit passwords, banking details or sensitive personal records through the public quotation form.
Where access to client systems or confidential information is necessary, the parties should agree on a suitable secure process.
8. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Project fees, deposits, payment schedules, taxes, cancellation arrangements and refunds are addressed in the relevant written project agreement and are subject to applicable law.
Submitting a quotation request does not create a payment obligation.
Sparrow Tech does not establish a universal deposit amount, cancellation penalty or refund period through these website terms.
Clients should review and clarify commercial arrangements before approving a project proposal.
9. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Ownership, licensing, permitted use and any transfer of intellectual-property rights in commissioned work must be specified in the project agreement.
Third-party resources, including software, fonts, stock assets, plugins and licensed materials, remain subject to their respective terms.
Submitting an enquiry does not grant ownership of Sparrow Tech’s existing intellectual property, nor does it establish an automatic transfer of rights in future project deliverables.
10. Third-Party Services and Outcomes
Our work may involve third-party providers, including hosting companies, advertising platforms, software services and AI technologies.
The parties should agree on responsibility for any required subscriptions, licences, accounts and ongoing third-party costs.
Results such as search-engine rankings, advertising performance, audience growth and business revenue can depend on factors beyond Sparrow Tech’s control. We do not guarantee specific results unless expressly agreed in writing.
AI-assisted content and outputs may require human review, verification or editing before use.
11. Website Availability and Limitations
We aim to provide accurate and useful information, but website content may be updated, corrected or temporarily unavailable.
Visitors should confirm important project details through direct written communication before relying on them.
Any warranties, remedies or allocation of liability relating to commissioned services should be specified in the relevant project agreement, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Questions, Disputes and Changes
If you have questions or concerns regarding our website or services, please contact Sparrow Tech so that we can review the circumstances.
The applicable law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution procedures for commissioned work should be established through the relevant project agreement.
We may update these website terms periodically. The updated version will be displayed with its effective date.
Changes to an existing project agreement must follow the process agreed between the parties.
